World Dance Intensive

Experience a sampling of world dance and culture through YDF's Mini Summer Intensive. This intensive is designed to broaden the dancer's knowledge of world dance genres, adding to their dance vocabulary and building an appreciation of dance from other countries. The weekend will conclude with a showing of the different dance techniques covered over the intensive.

Finding the Studio

Philadelphia Dance Theatre is Located on the New Covenant Campus on the border between Mt. Airy and Chestnut Hill in Northwest Philadelphia.

After entering the campus, you will cross a speed bump located in front of the security house on the right.  Once you pass this speed bump, veer to your right and follow signs for PDT / Baird Hall until you reach the parking lot area. If parking is full, you are welcome to use the lot immediately to the right at the campus entrance.
