Information for Dancers
This page will be kept up to date with all information for dancers participating in the Inaugural 2025 Lehigh Valley Youth Dance Fest at DeSales University.
All information, deadlines, and links for dancers and their families will be posted here.
LYDF STUDENT REGISTRATION FORM DUE April 1st, 2025
All dancers attending LYDF must fill out a registration form by
Dancer participation fees ($100.00) must be payed directly to your company.
Do not send individual payment to LYDF.
LYDF CHAPERONE FORM
Any adults accompanying dancers during the festival must complete a chaperone form.
Chaperones are allowed to observe classes but will be required to purchase tickets for the performances.

Dancer Participation Fee- Option PERFORMING DANCER
$100 per dancer
This fee includes the following highlights of the festival:
Master classes in Afrobeat, Ballet, Breaking, Capoeira, and Dance Injury Prevention taught by inspiring teachers that will be fresh faces for the dancers
Professional Performance Opportunity with tech rehearsal and professional lighting and sound
Custom Designed 2025 LYDF T-Shirt
Scholarship Opportunities for Summer Dance Study
Full ticket management and a box office (Parents, family, and friends are welcome to purchase tickets to the show!)
Pictures of your company’s performance that will be available to download after the festival
Access to professional video documentation- Directors will be sent a link with your company's performance
Press and marketing for the event
A chance to see new and different styles of dance
The opportunity to meet, dance, and perform with other young dancers of diverse backgrounds
DANCER PARTICIPATION- OPTION MASTER CLASSES ONLY
$60 PER DANCER
