Moksha Arts Dance Academy was founded by Punchali Khanna Kumar in 2009 with one goal in mind: To create a fun and safe space for our children to

discover and explore the diverse world of Indian Dance. Moksha Arts exposes its dancers to various styles of dance styles from the different states of India such as Bharatanatyam, Kathak, Bhangra, Garba/Raas, Indo-Contemporary, Bollywood, and more. They've had the pleasure of performing at prestigious shows and competitions globally. Most recently they performed at Carnegie Hall, Grand Ole Oprey, Disney World, Prague (CZ) and are now headed to Greece this summer.

Our mission, as a dance academy, is to provide our students with all the tools

to become a versatile dancer and confident individual. With classes for all ages and levels spread through Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn and Virgina, we pride ourselves on providing a platform for individuals to not only develop grace but to also advance their creative minds and drive for artistic intelligence.
